Must be 18 years or older;

Must have opened your Affiliate Referral (UV) account type from the TMX signup page already;

Affiliate must comply with international KYC policies ito Personal Identification and Proof of Address to obtain a "verified" account status;

TitanMoneyExpress reserve's the right to deny or cancel any Affiliate Referral account or application when deemed necessatry in cases of misrepresentation, gross negligence or violation of our corporate Terms;

TitanMoneyExpress reserves the right to change, discontinue, reverse or cancel any terms under this Affiliate Referral Program at any time and without prior notice;

No Affiliate Referral fees are paid on Deposits or Withdrawals, only on Payments made to the Referral's account and is based on the processing fee amount TMX charges. This amount might be adjusted over time when TMX makes price changes to any related member account types;

Affiliate Referral fees paid are limited between 20% to 25%* of the total fee TMX charges on any payment related transactions processed to Affiliate Referral accounts (excluding per transaction fees charged). *This fee percentage is negotiable to Affiliates with high volume account introductions;

Any Affiliate Referral dispute that might arise will be settled by TitanMoneyExpress and such a decision is final;

The Affiliate may not utilize search engine campaigns linking to any brand name of TitanMoneyExpress. Such an account will be closed and forfeit any and all Affiliate Referral fees earned. This is strictly forbidden;

Only legitimate businesses that are in compliance with our KYC policies and Terms may be referred to TitanMoneyExpress. The Affilate must do some checks to ensure the Referral complies with our company Terms;

The Affiliate may only refer new business Members that never contacted TMX before. The Referral must open it's own TMX account as a seperate entity from the Affiliate. Duplicate sites or Affiliate related sites under same TMX account do not count as Affiliate Referrals;

The Affiliate may send an email with the Referral details for our records. Such a Referral, or any other type of Referral for that matter, is valid for 14 days of date of reception of such a notification from the Affiliate. During this 14 day period the Referral must open an account with TitanMoneyExpress to activate the Affiliate Referral link. If no account was opened during this 14 days by the actual Referral the Referral is void and forfeited;

The Affiliate may make use of banners, links and other marketing peripherals to attract potential customers. Banners and Buttons provided by TMX may be used;

Each Affiliate will have it's own Referral registration page on our servers by which Referral accounts will be enrolled with;

All Affiliate Referral fees are paid over to the Affiliate's TMX account in real time under general conditions until such a Referred account is closed or suspended or removed from this program by TitanMoneyExpress;

Any benefits offered under this program may, at the sole discretion of TitanMoneyExpress, be cancelled if it was found that the Affiliate was in violation of our company general Terms and Conditions
