Manufacturer or Owner or Purchase Invoices;
- Resellers must have License to sell or
Contract to sell from Manufacturer or Whole
Saler company or Purchase Invoices;
- Any other related License to Sell from
authorities as Proof of Product / Service and
legitimacy of business operations
- Example: You cannot sell Nokia phones from a
website without any of the above Contracts to
Sell in place from Nokia or an Authorized Nokia

does a "Refund" work?
- Merchant issues a refund by clicking on the
"refund" option next to the transaction in the

- Refunds to Members are processed
automatically. Refunds to Non Members are
processed by Admin
- Refunds can be issued within 21 days of the
transaction date. After this period period the
merchant sends a Refund Request to Admin to do
the refund.
- Transaction fees are NOT refundable

- All merchant payments

system are irreversible once executed. titanmoneyexpress
is transacting in cash only
(hard currency)...
the merchant stays paid!. This does not apply to illegal
transaction activities!

through external processors linked through titanmoneyexpress
may be subject to reversals
especially if suspected merchant fraud has been reported
or if the customer requests a
